Swift Book Publishing does offer a full refund. We cherish our customers and want to assist them in any way possible. - You can reserve FREE pages equal in value at any moment for a future date.

Refund Time Frame
- Refunds can only be requested within 120 days after delivery. Once the specified period ends, refund claims will not be accepted.
- When placing an order, the customer must know the deadline for requesting a refund.
- Any small technical errors that cause delays, including word count, typographical, grammatical mistakes, or missing references. Refunds will be handled mutually, and the company will only accept partial refunds or discounts that can be applied to future orders.
- The company’s insurance will not cover any delay on the client’s part.
- Poor writing cannot be the cause of refunds.
- If a client is unwilling to grant our team access to their social media or book retailers, our team will not be able to complete book marketing or publishing assignments and will not be compensated.
